Page With a Heart makes personalized digital cards from the photos and words you share with us. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the website, and what you can ask us to do with your information.
What we collect
- Your order: the theme, package and layout you choose, and how you want it delivered.
- Your photos and words: the photos you upload, which part of each photo to show, your messages, the names on the card, and any special request.
- Your email address, so we can send your order confirmation and your finished card.
- Your mailing address, only if you choose to have something mailed. You type it on Stripe's payment page.
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their secure checkout page.
How we use it
- To make your card by hand and deliver it to you.
- To mail your printed QR card or printed card, if you ordered one.
- To email you about your order, and to answer your questions.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or send you marketing emails.
Your private card link
Your finished card lives at a private link that is very hard to guess, and its QR code opens that link. Anyone who has the link or the QR code can view and download the card, so share it only with the people you want to see it.
Who helps us run the website
We use a few trusted companies, and share only what each one needs to do its job:
- Stripe processes payments (and your mailing address, if you choose mail).
- Cloudflare hosts the website and safely stores your order, photos and finished card.
- Resend sends our emails to you.
Cookies and visitor counts
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your order, photos and finished card so your card link keeps working and so we can help if something goes wrong. Orders that were started but never paid for may be deleted at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, including your photos and your card, at any time. Email us at damnaliana@gmail.com and we will take care of it within 30 days. Deleting your card also turns off its link and QR code.
Photos of other people
By sending us photos, you confirm you have the right to share them, and that the people in them would be comfortable being in the card.
Children
Page With a Heart is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before ordering.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
