Every card is made by hand just for you, so we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations once you have paid. This includes the card, the mailing fee and the printed card.
When you get your card
We email your finished digital card within 24 to 48 hours of your payment. Mailed cards take about 3 to 7 business days after that, depending on the post office.
If we made a mistake
If your card has a mistake that we made, like a misspelled name or a missing photo, email us and we will fix it and send it again for free.
